We understand that exploring a new way to manage your period can take some time to adjust. That's why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial to support you in finding the perfect solution.
If you are a first-time or new customer and you are unsatisfied with any used product from your initial order with Scarlet, you can make a claim as part of our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. You do not need to return the product you are claiming.
To claim your 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, please email us at support@scarletperiod.com. You will receive a refund or credit for the price you paid for 1 (one) item. Please note that shipping costs are not eligible for credit or refund, and changes of mind are not applicable.
Please be aware that certain items are excluded from our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, including washing and body products, as well as accessories such as laundry bags, travel bags, or gifts with purchase.
We want to ensure that you find the perfect fit for your period needs, and we are here to support you throughout the process.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products and the TGA standards by which they are governed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind or selection error.
If the goods are faulty, you can choose either a refund or an exchange (of the same value). If this is the case, please notify us at support@scarletperiod.com within 3 days of receiving the delivery, stating your intention to either return or exchange the faulty product(s). Please include the following information: customer name, date of purchase, order number, items being returned, and the reason for the return. We will then respond with authorization to complete the return, including the address to which the product(s) should be sent back, along with all the details you need to know about the process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you of the approval status for the refund. If it is approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
