We know that it can take 3 cycles to fall in love with your new period cup or underwear, or learn it’s not the right size. So, first time purchases of the Scarlet Period Cup and PeriodWear made directly from Scarlet via scarletperiod.com may be returned within 90 days of receipt for either an exchange for a different size cup / size or style of underwear or, a website credit; which never expires or your money back. 

Credits are for the price of one cup only, and do not include the cost of shipping.

Please contact our customer service team at support@scarletperiod.com to inform us that you would like to return your purchase, and we will provide instructions on how to start your return.

All other products 

Due to the nature of the products and the TGA standards by which they are governed we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind or selection error. If the goods are faulty, you can choose between a refund or exchange (to the same value). If this is the case, please notify us support@scarletperiod.com within 3 days of receiving delivery and intention for wanting to return product(s), including the following information: customer name, date of purchase, the order number, items being returned and the reason for the return.

We will then respond with authorisation to complete the return, the address to send product/s back too + all details you need to know about the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@scarletperiod.com.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
