Due to the nature of our product, we don’t support exchanges or returns (sorry).
All new customers can make a claim on 1(one) product purchased in their first order with Scarlet. You are not required to return the 1 (one) product you are claiming under your 90 Day Risk Free Trial.

We do all we can to ensure everyone can find the right size and fit, we also have 24/7 support to ensure the right choices are made before purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t accept incorrect size selection or change of mind post purchase. All sales are final, with the exception of our risk free trial policy:
- Your period underwear didn’t function as described
- You have difficulty using the period cup and it’s not for you
- Your not happy with the product after a few wears
Our 90 Day Risk Free trial is only valid for purchases made directly through scarletperiod.com. Please refer to the stockist or wholesaler return policy if purchasing from a different website.
Returns / Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products and the TGA standards by which they are governed we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind or selection error. If the goods are faulty, you can choose between a refund or exchange (to the same value). If this is the case, please notify us firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving delivery and intention for wanting to return product(s), including the following information: customer name, date of purchase, the order number and the reason.
We will then respond with authorisation to complete the return, the address to send product/s back too + all details you need to know about the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
