How does the subscription work?
We know you're busy. So we created a subscription service to give you one thing less to worry about every month. Starting a subscriptions is simple. Choose your flow and get our 100% organic cotton tampons delivered to your door every month or every 2 or 3 months. Simply create an account and edit your subscription at any time. You’re in full control.
How often should I change my tampon?
The TGA recommends that you change your tampon every 4-8 hours. You should never leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours and always make sure to use the lightest level of absorbency possible.
What are your tampons made from?
Our tampons are made from 100% GOTs certified organic cotton. Gots is internationally acknowledged as the industry leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria.
Why organic?
Non-organic conventional tampons are often produced with harmful chemicals. Even when the levels are pretty low, they’re still getting absorbed into our vagina. We’ll pass.
