What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit for change of mind.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
👉 Period Underwear
👉 Period Swimwear
👉 Period Cups
This includes incorrect selection and sizing errors.
If you believe your item is faulty, contact support@scarletperiod.com with your order number, photos and details. All faults are assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How about your policy for faulty goods?
If something isn’t working as expected, email support@scarletperiod.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, a short description and clear photos or video.
We’ll assess the issue and resolve it in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How do I report an issue?

Once reviewed, we’ll resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
What isn’t considered a fault: Normal wear and tear, incorrect care, stretched or worn underwear, colour variation between screens and real life, or any attempted repairs.
If you lodge a chargeback before contacting us: Most issues can be fixed quickly when we’re given the chance to help. If a chargeback is submitted without following our process, we’ll respond with full evidence, including delivery confirmation, support history, order records and policy documentation. We dispute any chargeback that doesn’t meet Australian Consumer Law.
What are your 30-day underwear trial terms?
The 30-day trial applies only to your first pair. If you’re not happy with the fit or feel, email support@scarletperiod.com within 30 days of delivery.
The trial does not apply to:
• Multi-packs
• Swimwear
• Cups
• Sale items
Limited to one pair per customer.
I changed my mind on my order - can I cancel?
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we’ll try to update or cancel it - email support@scarletperiod.com immediately with “Urgent: Cancel/Change Order” in the subject line.
Once packed or shipped, cancellations aren’t possible and standard return rules apply.
I received the wrong items. Can I exchange?
If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item, email support@scarletperiod.com with your order number and a clear photo of what arrived.
Once we confirm the packing error, we’ll send the correct item and advise next steps for the one you received.
My parcel says “delivered”, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery and may require a signature. If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with:
• Household members
• Neighbours
• Your local post office
If the parcel is awaiting collection at your post office, Australia Post will hold it for a limited time. If it is not collected and is returned to us as “unclaimed,” a new shipping fee will apply to resend the order.
