WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
For our Period Underwear, Period Swimwear, and Period Cups, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or selection errors. We follow strict hygiene standards per law, and for safety reasons, we can’t resell any sanitary products once they've been handled.
We’ve recently expanded our range to include the rae Heat Pad and our Bath & Body products. As with all our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major problem (such as a manufacturing fault), or to have the item repaired or replaced if the issue is minor. If you believe your product is faulty, get in touch with us at support@scarletperiod.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

I changed my mind on my order - can I cancel?
We’ve all been there - last-minute change of heart! If your order hasn’t been packaged or shipped yet, we can totally help. Just shoot us an email at support@scarletperiod.com ASAP. But heads up - we ship fast, like really fast. If your order's already on its way, it might be too late to hit the brakes, so get in touch quick!
I received the wrong items. Can I exchange?
Oops, looks like someone's on Day 1! Big apologies! Just snap a pic of what you got, email it to us at support@scarletperiod.com, and we’ll send out the right goodies ASAP. Because mix-ups? Not on our watch!
