Choose your heat setting – low (lasts 5+ hrs), medium (lasts 3 hrs), or high (lasts 2+ hrs).

It’s recommended to use Period Pocket Underwear or over your underwear. If using it directly on the skin, stick to a lower heat setting.

What is rae?

rae is a new kind of period heat device, developed by Scarlet’s Jo, who was tired of her endo struggle. She needed a reusable, portable, and longer-lasting solution to the wheat bags, sticky patches, and hot water bottles of the world.

Made from high-grade, hypoallergenic silicone and certified by RoHS, RCM, and IP54, rae has been through rigorous testing to make sure it’s safe — with auto-shut off and overheat protection, there’s no worries. Just warmth.

How hot is hot?

Heating up in 5 minutes, rae reaches a comfy 50°c. That’s hot. Just press a button for 3 seconds to turn on, toggle between three heat settings: low (5 hours), medium (3 hours), or high (2 hours), and feel the heat.

Can I travel with rae?

Love It!

I bought a heat pad for my daughter who suffers from very painful endometriosis. She loves it! It doesn't get as hot as a hot water bottle, but is very comfortable and soothing. Great invention!

Amazing but a struggle with hand strength.

The Scarlet Rae is amazing—I just wish I’d had it before my hysterectomy. I still get pelvic pain, and this has been a game-changer. It’s discreet, mobile, and so much better than being stuck to the couch with a corded heat pad. Unlike a wheat bag, it stays in place tucked into leggings.
My only issue is the power button. With some hand strength problems, I struggled to turn it on at first and thought it was faulty—my husband managed it easily. I can usually get it now, but it still takes a few tries. If you have hand issues, just be aware of that. Hopefully it’s something they improve in future versions.

Best heat pad I have ever used. I bought two so I leave one at work. It is just really good and I would highly reco to anyone with a bad period. I do hope they bring out normal undies with the pocket as would like to use off my period as well.

Stage 4 endo girly, this is amazing! The touch of a button and it heats. No more boiling the jug for constant hot water bottles!. Only thing I’d ask for is a place in the case to put the charger.
