👉 Australia standard: $10, or free over $80. And express: $20, or free over $200.

👉 New Zealand: A$20, or free over A$100.

👉 United Kingdom: £13, or free over £80.

👉 Ireland: €16, or free over €93.

👉 Switzerland: CHF 15, or free over CHF 88.

👉 Norway: 170 kr, or free over 1,000 kr.

Heck yes, we do! Express Shipping (Australia) is $20 or totally FREE for orders over $200. Because waiting? Overrated.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Switzerland and Norway.

Deliveries to the rest of the EU are paused. On 1 July 2026 the EU removed its duty-free allowance, so every parcel from Australia now carries VAT on the full order, plus €3 per item, plus a courier handling fee. On a €65 order that is roughly €30 at your door. We would rather stop than let that land on you without warning. Leave your email on our Europe page and you will hear the day it changes.

We do not ship to the US or Canada.

Depends where you are. Your parcel ships Delivery Duty Unpaid, so anything owed is collected by your postal service before delivery, not by us at checkout.

👉 UK: orders under £135 of product arrive with nothing to pay. Over £135, VAT is collected on delivery. Split a big order in two and it is all covered up front.

👉 Ireland: An Post collects 23% VAT on your full order, plus €3 per item and its own handling fee. On a €140 order that is about €40.

👉 Switzerland: orders under CHF 60 including delivery arrive with nothing to pay. Above that, Swiss Post collects 8.1% VAT plus a clearance fee of CHF 16 and 3% of the value. On a rae, about CHF 25.

👉 Norway: Norwegian VAT of 25% is collected by your courier before delivery, along with its handling fee.

👉 New Zealand: nothing extra at the door.

On 1 July 2026 the EU scrapped the €150 duty-free allowance. Every parcel from outside the EU now attracts VAT on the full value, a €3 per item charge and a courier handling fee. For a €65 order that is around €30 on the doorstep, 42 to 50% of what you paid. Nobody should find that out from a courier.

Ireland stays open (An Post collects on delivery, see above). Switzerland and Norway are open and were never affected. Spain closes for good from October: there is no shipping route.

We are working on a European warehouse so the tax is handled before you buy. Leave your email and country on the Europe page and you will hear first.

Under £135 of product (about A$255): nothing. No VAT, no customs duty, no courier bill. The parcel just arrives.

Over £135: the parcel clears customs normally and Royal Mail or Parcelforce collects 20% VAT before delivery. If your cart is near the line, two orders cost you less than one.

Items ship with Australia Post and are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

You should’ve gotten two emails: one with your order confirmation and another when your Scarlet goodies shipped (complete with tracking info). BUT, let’s be real - sometimes the word period freaks out inboxes (eye roll). Check your junk or spam folder first, and if it’s still missing, email us at support@scarletperiod.com.

Our team works like busy bees to get your order out the door ASAP via Australia Post. Orders placed before 10 a.m. AEST ship the same day. Orders placed after 9 a.m. head out the next business day.

Once it’s in Australia Post’s hands, delivery times can vary, but we’ll always help if something goes astray. If your parcel’s taking longer than expected, email support@scarletperiod.com.

We ship from Melbourne, Australia to New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Switzerland and Norway. Rough timing once it leaves us:

👉 New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days

👉 UK and Ireland: 7 to 14 business days

👉 Switzerland and Norway: 10 to 20 business days

You get tracking the moment it ships. Customs can add a few days. If your parcel looks stuck, email support@scarletperiod.com and we will chase it.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery, we can resend it once it arrives back. Re-shipping fees apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return was due to an error on our end, we’ll fix it and resend your order at no cost.
