What are your shipping rates?

We’ve got options for every budget:
👉 Standard Shipping - Australia: $10 or FREE for orders over $90.
👉 Express Shipping - Australia: $20

👉 Standard Shipping - New Zealand: AUD$20 or FREE for orders over $150.

👉 International Shipping: AUD$30 flat rate (AUD), or if you spend over AUD$150, it’s FREE!

Do you have express shipping?

Heck yes, we do! Express Shipping (Australia) is $20 or totally FREE for orders over $200. Because waiting? Overrated.

Can I change my shipping address?

Totally possible! Just email us ASAP at support@scarletperiod.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Heads up though: we ship things fast (because we know no one likes waiting), so if your order’s already on its way, it might be a little too late to play postie.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we're shipping to AU, NZ, the EU, Ireland & UK. But don’t worry; we’re working hard to open it up for full international shipping soon! Sign up for our emails to be the first to know when it’s live.

And guess what? Orders over $150 (AUD) score FREE shipping. Otherwise, it’s just a flat $30 (AUD).

Will I be charged VAT or customs fees?

If you’re ordering from the UK or EU, yes, your local customs office may collect VAT or import duties before delivery.

We don’t charge this at checkout because your order ships Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). You’ll get a message from your courier (like Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL) to pay those charges online so your order can be delivered.

What taxes will I pay if I’m ordering from the European Union?

Your country charges VAT at your country’s rate. For example:

  • • Italy: 22 percent
  • • France: 20 percent
  • • Spain: 21 percent
  • • Germany: 19 percent
  • • Ireland: 23 percent
  • • Netherlands: 21 percent

No customs duty is applied on parcels valued under €150 (about AUD$266). This covers rae, underwear, swimwear, and most Scarlet orders.

Items are shipped with Australia Post, delivered locally by your country’s postal service (eg. Poste Italiane, La Poste, Correos, Deutsche Post). You can check your country’s customs calculator or postal service with the order value in EUR.

What taxes will I pay if I’m ordering from the United Kingdom?

The UK charges 20 percent VAT. VAT is collected before delivery. No customs duty i charged for parcels valued under £135 (approx. AUD$274).


Items are shipped with Australia Post, delivered locally by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Use the UK Government VAT calculator or Royal Mail import tool to confirm.

Delivery

I didn’t receive tracking details!

You should’ve gotten two emails: one with your order confirmation and another when your Scarlet goodies shipped (complete with tracking info). BUT, let’s be real - sometimes the word period freaks out inboxes (eye roll). Check your junk or spam folder first, and if it’s still missing, email us at support@scarletperiod.com.

How long will my order take to arrive in Australia?

Our team works like busy bees to get your order out the door ASAP via Australia Post. Orders placed before 9 a.m. AEST ship the same day. Orders placed after 9 a.m. head out the next business day.

👉 Metro areas: 3–5 business days

👉 Regional areas: 5–7 business days

Once it’s in Australia Post’s hands, delivery times can vary, but we’ll always help if something goes astray. If your parcel’s taking longer than expected, email support@scarletperiod.com.

How long will my order take to arrive internationally?

We ship worldwide from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery timeframes vary depending on where you are:

👉 New Zealand: 5–10 business days
👉 UK & Ireland: 7–14 business days
👉 Europe: 10–20 business days

You’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way. Customs delays can happen, if your parcel seems stuck, reach out at support@scarletperiod.com and we’ll help sort it out.

My tracking says ‘returned to sender’ - what now?

If your tracking says your order’s boomeranging back to us, it’s usually because:
👉 The delivery address wasn’t quite right.
👉 The parcel wasn’t collected from the pick-up point (if it couldn’t be left at your address).


If we messed up, we’ll fix it and resend your goodies ASAP (our bad!).
If the issue was an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, you’ll get a refund minus the original shipping cost and a $10 return fee.
