Absolutely! We ship Scarlet goodness to most corners of the globe. And guess what? Orders over $150 score FREE shipping. Otherwise, it’s just a flat $30 (AUD). Time to share the love worldwide!

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Totally possible! Just email us ASAP at support@scarletperiod.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Heads up though: we ship things fast (because we know no one likes waiting), so if your order’s already on its way, it might be a little too late to play postie.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our team works like busy bees to get your order shipped ASAP via Australia Post:
👉 Metro areas: 3-5 business days.
👉 Regional areas: 5-7 business days.

Do you have a pickup option?

Delivery

I didn’t receive tracking details!

You should’ve gotten two emails: one with your order confirmation and another when your Scarlet goodies shipped (complete with tracking info). BUT, let’s be real - sometimes the word period freaks out inboxes (eye roll). Check your junk or spam folder first, and if it’s still missing, email us at support@scarletperiod.com.

My tracking says ‘returned to sender’ - what now?

If your tracking says your order’s boomeranging back to us, it’s usually because:
👉 The delivery address wasn’t quite right.
👉 The parcel wasn’t collected from the pick-up point (if it couldn’t be left at your address).


If we messed up, we’ll fix it and resend your goodies ASAP (our bad!).
If the issue was an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, you’ll get a refund minus the original shipping cost and a $10 return fee.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees for overseas orders?

Yep, international shipping can come with a few extra bumps - like customs fees. Depending on where you are, your order might be hit with duties, taxes, or customs charges when it lands. These charges are totally out of our control, and the responsibility falls on you as the recipient. So, check with your local customs office before you order to avoid any surprises.
