Why am I spraying magnesium? Can’t I just take a supplement?

You sure can. However, we find that spraying magnesium on our bodies allows for direct absorption through the skin, bypassing our digestive systems and potential gastrointestinal issues associated with oral supplements. Spraying can offer quicker relief; however, the choice is totally up to you.

I’m pregnant, is it safe for me to use?

Oh heyyy baby mama. While all our products are considered safe, we recommend discussing any new products with a trusted doctor.

Why do I feel a tingling sensation?

The slight tingling, itching, or stinging sensation after using our magnesium spray is usually due to the salt content, specifically the magnesium chloride. Don’t freak out. This is not an allergic reaction - magnesium is found naturally in the body and is vital to good health. Over time and with gradual use, this sensation usually decreases.

This product is scented. But isn’t perfume bad for skin?

She’s a researched queen. Yes, perfume can be irritating. Which is why we don’t use synthetic perfumes, only natural fragrances that come from our lavender hydrosol. Because unlike synthetic fragrances, lavender hydrosol is pure, devoid of harmful chemicals, and retains the lavender plant's beneficial compounds.

What the frick is lavender hydrosol?

It’s a natural, water-based solution that occurs during the steam distillation of lavender essential oil. That means it contains the aromatic and therapeutic properties of lavender, but in a more spray-friendly form. Super sciencey stuff.

Why add extra extracts to a magnesium spray?

Because we reckon our magnesium sprays can (and should!) do more for us. Our soothing blend of tangerine, chamomile, rosemary, and arnica is the perfect cocktail for deep relaxation and refreshment.
