How we do it

Every pair is made with signature, innovative technology for the ultimate period protection. Our breathable products are safely made with a mix of high-performance functional fabrics (including recycled polyester, and 100% GOTS certified organic cotton) that are engineered to absorb period blood and keep you feeling dry and comfortable for longer.

The magic behind the undies

The moisture-wicking top layer effortlessly pulls away wetness, ensuring you stay dry and comfortable throughout the day. Our most absorbent style is designed to handle an impressive amount of flow—up to 8 tampons' worth of blood! With a leakproof layer extending from front to back, you can trust that your clothes, sheets, and jeans will remain free from stains. Plus, we don't use any chemical or toxic treatments so you can be sure they’re safe.

How to care for period underwear

It's as easy as putting them in the washing machine (no softener or bleach) and hang dry or tumble dry on cool. Just like regular undies!

If you have a heavy flow, or you are worried about staining, give your undies a quick rinse under cool water until they run clear before you pop them in the washing machine.

Tips & tricks from the community

  • “Rinse them in the shower! I go into the shower with them, and rinse them there. Then I throw them into the washing machine ready for whenever I do my next load.” -Prue F.
  • “Invest in a mesh bag. During the week of my period, I store them in a mesh laundry bag, then after they’re washed with my other clothes, they’re altogether and I don’t have to go through all the wet laundry to find them!” – Raffy L
  • “I don’t bother rinsing them, and it’s still totally fine! I just chuck them straight in the dirty washing basket until I have a full load to put on. I have a light flow so skipping that step works for me.” – Ally H
