Two briefs, one job each. The Pocket Period Brief is period underwear, in Light-Moderate or Moderate-Heavy. The Everyday Pocket Brief is normal underwear for everything else. Period undies don't need to sit through your Tuesday meetings.

Both have the same front pocket, built to hold rae flat, hands-free and off bare skin. Pick your size once and it covers both.

How to wear it

1. Charge rae. Around 90 minutes on USB-C.

2. Pull on either brief, then slide rae into the front pocket. Curved side against you, wings flat.

3. Switch it on through the fabric. Low runs 5+ hours, medium about 3, high about 2.

rae charges on USB-C in around 90 minutes. Wipe the silicone with a damp cloth, never submerge it, and don't sleep with it switched on.

Rinse the Pocket Period Brief in cold water until it runs clear, then machine wash cold with a mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener. Line dry or tumble on low.

The Everyday Pocket Brief skips the rinse and goes straight into the same cold wash.

Both briefs go in the wash. rae does not.

rae is food-grade hypoallergenic silicone, about 270g, curved and winged. It heats up to 50°C across three settings, charges on USB-C and is splash-proof (IP54). Certified RoHS and RCM, with auto shut-off and overheat protection built in.

The Pocket Period Brief is 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane, with a quick-drying polyester/PUL gusset and multi-layered absorbency. Light-Moderate holds about 2 regular tampons' worth (up to 3 teaspoons). Moderate-Heavy holds about 3 (up to 5 teaspoons).

The Everyday Pocket Brief is 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane. Not period underwear, on purpose.

Both briefs are PFAS-free, independently lab-tested. Understand more about PFAS.

Pick your size once. Both briefs share the same cut and sizing, 6 (XS) to 18 (XXXL), so one choice covers both. Between sizes? Size up, they run slightly small.

Australian sizing. Overseas, check the Size Guide first.

Want a different size in each brief? Buy them separately. rae, mercifully, is one size.

Rechargeable. rae charges on USB-C, so there's nothing to bin after each use.

Reusable period undies. The Pocket Period Brief washes and goes again, which is more than a tampon can say.

Your Questions, Answered

Why does this set have two different briefs?

Because heat days and bleeding days don't always line up. The Pocket Period Brief is period underwear, for bleeding days. The Everyday Pocket Brief is normal underwear, for the rest. Same cut, same pocket, so rae sits the same way in both.

Which absorbency should I choose?

It applies to the Pocket Period Brief. Light-Moderate holds about 2 regular tampons' worth (up to 3 teaspoons). Moderate-Heavy holds about 3 (up to 5 teaspoons). The Everyday Pocket Brief isn't period underwear, so it doesn't have one.

What's the difference between the Everyday Brief and the Pocket Period Brief?

Same cut, same pocket, same sizing, same 95% organic cotton. The Period Brief is period underwear. This one is normal underwear.

How long does a wearable heat pad last on one charge?

Depends on the setting. Low: 5+ hours. Medium: about 3 hours. High: 2+ hours. Then it charges on USB-C, the same cable as most things in your bag.

Can you wear a heat pad under clothes without it showing?

Yes. rae is about 270g, flat, curved and silent. Under jeans, a dress or work pants there is no outline and no sound. Nobody knows unless you tell them.

How hot does rae get?

Up to 50°C on high. Three settings, so you choose. Most people start on low and stay there. It is warm and steady, not scalding, and that is deliberate.

What size should I get?

Your usual size. Sizes run 6 to 18, XS to XXXL, and the fit matches the High-Waist Pocket Period Brief, so if you own those, order the same.
