rae was built to leave the house with you. The pocket that holds it used to come only in period undies, which is overkill by day nineteen.

So this pairs rae with the Everyday Pocket Brief, the same high-waist cut and front pocket made as normal underwear. It holds rae flat, hands-free and off bare skin.

How to wear it

1. Charge rae. Around 90 minutes on USB-C.

2. Pull the brief on, then slide rae into the front pocket. Curved side against you, wings flat.

3. Switch it on through the fabric. Low runs 5+ hours, medium about 3, high about 2.

rae charges on USB-C in around 90 minutes. Wipe the silicone with a damp cloth, never submerge it, and don't sleep with it switched on.

The Everyday Pocket Brief goes in a cold machine wash with mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener. Line dry or tumble on low.

Take rae out first. Splash-proof was never meant to include the spin cycle.

Can I get rae with period undies instead?

Yes. Power Pair is rae with the Pocket Period Brief, for bleeding days. Day In, Day Out has both briefs, one for bleeding days and one for the rest.

Can you use a wearable heat pad when you're not on your period?

Plenty of people do. Heat is part of a lot of toolkits and rae makes it wearable, so it goes where you go. It's a comfort device, not a medical device.

Are the Everyday Pocket Briefs period undies?

No, and that's deliberate. These are normal undies with a pocket. If you're bleeding, wear the High-Waist Pocket Period Brief instead.

How long does a wearable heat pad last on one charge?

Depends on the setting. Low: 5+ hours. Medium: about 3 hours. High: 2+ hours. Then it charges on USB-C, the same cable as most things in your bag.

Can you wear a heat pad under clothes without it showing?

Yes. rae is about 270g, flat, curved and silent. Under jeans, a dress or work pants there is no outline and no sound. Nobody knows unless you tell them.
