Umm, what is rae?

rae is a wireless, wearable heat pad designed for period and pelvic comfort on the go. No cords, no microwaving, and no stick-on patches. Just rechargeable heat that fits discreetly under your clothes.

How hot does rae get?

It has a built-in thermometer, so it maintains the heat level depending on the heat setting you are using (up to 50 degrees). We suggest always starting on a low setting until you get used to it and find the right heat for you.

Are your bath & body products clean, kind and cruelty-free? Any palm oil?

Obvi. We never ever use animal products, and our products are only tested by our community in Australia. And Palm Oil? Yikes. We’re not in the business of deforestation. So no. There’s absolutely zero palm oil in any of our products.

Won’t rae just fall out of my pants?

Nope, because we’ve come up with a genius solution. Meet our Period Pocket Underwear: a customised version of our best-selling period underwear with a little pouch for the device, perfect for when you’re on the move.

Attached to your regular undies? No problem! Wear rae between your underwear and clothing. If using it directly on the skin, stick to a lower heat setting.

Why are you always banging on about pH-balance?

Ooooh, glad you asked! Your vulva’s pH ranges from 3.8-5, which is on the acidic side. (For reference, neutral pH is a 7.) Regular body washes and bath products can have a higher pH than your vulva, which can mess with the acidic environment, causing things like thrush.

All of our bath and body products have been formulated to match the pH of your bits, preserving your natural acidity and cleansing without disturbing or irritating the verryyyy delicate balance. Science, huh.
