Period Cups are worn internally like a tampon but collect, rather than absorb, your menstrual flow. They can be safely worn for up to 8 hours before emptying and can be used again and again. 

Super Light: Holds up to 1 teaspoon, just slightly less than 1 regular tampon. Think of it as a new-age panty liner, so it’s great for spotting as well as light leaks and discharge. Try: Invisible Thong

Light: Holds up to 3 teaspoons, which is equal to 2 regular tampons or 1 pad. This is for light days to save you from pesky drips, discharge, and lighter flows. Try: G-String, Bikini Brief in Light or Swim range

Moderate: Holds up to 5 teaspoons, which is equal to 3 regular tampons or 2 pads. Go for this on your moderate days or as an extra defence on heavy days with our Period Cup. Try: High-Waisted Brief or Bikini Brief in Moderate

Heavy: It holds up to 7 teaspoons, which is around 4 regular tampons or 3 pads. Our heavy hitter makes them great for full-flow days and overnight. Try Boyshort or Period Cup.

Stress less; your Scarlet Period Cup CANNOT GET LOST inside your vagina. Sometimes the cup can move higher in the vagina, but don’t panic. Try using your pelvic muscles to push down on the cup to lower it. The force and skill of gravity will bring it down. Gotta love science.

We offer three easy cleaning methods so you can pick and choose what’s right for you:

👉 Wash in warm water and our Cup & Hand Wash.

👉 Wipe with an On-The-Go Cleansing Wipe.

👉 Place face down in its Steriliser Case and microwave with 5ml of water for 1 minute. Allow to cool before touching.

We recommend storing your Cup in the Steriliser Case when not in use or when you’re on-the-go to keep it clean and protected.

Just a heads up, the Scarlet On-The-Go Cleansing Wipes are intended for cleaning the Period Cup only, and not designed for use on intimate areas. But don't stress, we’ve also created a body wash with the finest ingredients to cleanse and hydrate the body and vulva.

It's made with 100% medical-grade silicone and is free from Plastic, BPA, Rubber, and Latex. When inserting it internally, always ensure you have clean hands (and, of course, start with a clean Cup!).
