✨ rae Heat Pad: Select your heat setting: low (5+ hrs), medium (3 hrs), or high (2+ hrs). Best used with Period Pocket Undies or over underwear. For direct skin use, stick to lower settings and short intervals.

✨ Period Pocket Undies: Rinse in cold water until clear, machine wash cold with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Line dry or tumble dry on low.

✨ Magnesium+ Spray: Spray 3-6 spritzes onto your tummy, legs, or areas holding tension. Store below 30°C.

What is the rae?

rae is our signature heat pad that goes wherever you go. The soft-feel silicone pad heats to a comfy 50 degrees – with three settings – and sits silently and discreetly. Think of it as a 100% reusable and recyclable alternative to bulky wheat bags, hot water bottles, and stick-on patches.

Won’t rae just fall out of my pants?

Nope, because we’ve come up with a genius solution. Meet our Period Pocket Underwear: a customised version of our best-selling period underwear with a little pouch for the device, perfect for when you’re on the move.

Attached to your regular undies? No problem! Wear rae between your underwear and clothing. If using it directly on the skin, stick to a lower heat setting.

How hot does rae get?

It has a built-in thermometer, so it maintains the heat level depending on the heat setting you are using (up to 50 degrees). We suggest always starting on a low setting until you get used to it and find the right heat for you.

Can I use the undies without rae?

We’re not here for rules, so you do you boo! They do have additional fabric for the pocket at the front so if not using with rae, you might prefer our Bikini Brief or High-Waisted Brief. But they are great for rae, as well as holding cold packs. Oh, and snacks. They’re great for holding snacks.

Can I use rae without the undies?

rae is designed to get hot, so we do recommend using rae with them or otherwise over your undies. If using directly on the skin, start at the lowest setting and monitor your comfort.

What do the different underwear levels mean?

Our Period Pocket Underwear comes in two absorbencies. Level 1 (Light-Moderate) absorbs 3 teaspoons of fluid (roughly equal to 2 regular tampons or 1 regular pad) and level 2 (Moderate-Heavy) absorbs 5 teaspoons of fluid (approximately equal to 3 regular tampons or 2 regular pads).

Love It!

I bought a heat pad for my daughter who suffers from very painful endometriosis. She loves it! It doesn't get as hot as a hot water bottle, but is very comfortable and soothing. Great invention!

Amazing but a struggle with hand strength.

The Scarlet Rae is amazing—I just wish I’d had it before my hysterectomy. I still get pelvic pain, and this has been a game-changer. It’s discreet, mobile, and so much better than being stuck to the couch with a corded heat pad. Unlike a wheat bag, it stays in place tucked into leggings.
My only issue is the power button. With some hand strength problems, I struggled to turn it on at first and thought it was faulty—my husband managed it easily. I can usually get it now, but it still takes a few tries. If you have hand issues, just be aware of that. Hopefully it’s something they improve in future versions.

Best heat pad I have ever used. I bought two so I leave one at work. It is just really good and I would highly reco to anyone with a bad period. I do hope they bring out normal undies with the pocket as would like to use off my period as well.
