Super Light: Holds up to 1 teaspoon, slightly less than 1 regular tampon. Think of it as a new-age panty liner, so it’s great for spotting, light leaks and discharge. Try: Invisible Thong

Light: Holds up to 3 teaspoons, equal to 2 regular tampons or 1 pad. This is for light days to save you from pesky drips, discharge, and lighter flows. Try: G-String, Bikini Brief in Light or Swim range

Moderate: Holds up to 5 teaspoons, equal to 3 regular tampons or 2 pads. Go for this on your moderate dates, or as extra defence on heavy days with our Period Cup. Try: High-Waisted Brief or Bikini Brief in Moderate

Heavy: Holds up to 7 teaspoons, around 4 regular tampons or 3 pads. Our heavy hitter makes them great for full flow days and overnight. Try: Boyshort or Period Cup

Depending on the absorbency level you choose and the heaviness of your flow, you can wear our period panties on their own or as backup protection along with a Period Cup. Take the time to explore a routine that works for you.

On heavy days, we recommend travelling with a water-resistant travel bag such as the Toiletry Bag and a spare pair, so you can change them if needed, pop them straight away and rinse (if you CBF) when you get home.

Nope – who’s that organised? That’s why our laundry bag is ace! Simply throw your used pair into the bag and store it when you have a full load. Some people like to give them a quick rinse in the shower before popping them into the bag, and others don’t. It won’t affect the lifespan of your underwear.

Once ready, toss them in on a cold wash cycle with mild detergent (no bleach!). DW, your other clothes will be just fine! You have two options for drying: tumble dry on low or hang them out to dry in the sun.

This size guide will help you understand. Please check both our numeric and letter sizes so there is no confusion (e.g., our large is a 12). When in doubt, we advise you to size up.
